That was a big factor I imagine. Of course giving people such a big incentive and making it easy for them to afford the tickets didn’t hurt either.

Re: We should do what Memphis did...I've said it before and will say it again...follow the Cowboys early marketing approach and sell end zone tickets for $10-$15 but each paying adult can bring 3 kids free. Back in the day, my Dad paid $5 for an endzone seat in the Cotton Bowl and could bring 5 kids free.

I have nice stuff for church and business meetings and I have oily, torn stuff for when I'm doing construction work. Segregate your markets and deliver the appropriate message. A little bump this year and then we will see what season tickets do. Or they could mess the whole thing up, and shake everyone down with a football re-seat. I thought it was brilliant. I also took it as a personal challenge to see how many 1/2 price beverages I could put down in 45 minutes.
