Yep, I thought this was a news feed from The Onion.

I'd be OK if I never saw another Chad Morris, Arkansas or Ben Hicks mention in my life again.
Our ex dumped us, we moved on to someone better, and our ex is in a dumpster fire relationship now. I get it, it feels good.
However, it brings a lot of negative energy IMO. We've gone a long time losing. When we're actually winning let's do it with grace. Let's just move on, focus on SMU and enjoy the ride.

Just a quick look at that recruiting class tells you Morris is in big trouble, and will never come close to competing in the SEC. Normally this is where Stallion jumps in with all his in-depth recruiting analysis and tells us how underrated all these guys are, but somehow I doubt he shows up this time, haha. Anyone really think this class is going to add a bunch of 4 stars and climb up the rankings........after a 2nd season that is likely going to be worse than his first? Very good players with a lot of options going to commit to a coach that is very likely not going to be there in a year or 2?

This X 1000. Our new squeeze is a hotty. Old one dumped us but now her new boyfriend hates her. We win. Move on.

How about those of you that do not like this thread just quit reading it. I have really never understood people complaining about the existence of a thread. Just do not click on it. If others feel the same way, it will die on its own.

Because every time someone posts on this thread, it's bumped to the top of the forum...then we have to see a thread with 15x more pages than anything regarding SMU success. Pretty sad.
(Ironically it's what I am doing now, but I've said my peace and will move on)
I am just trying to provide some perspective. Those of you who wish to continue wasting your time on bashing other people and teams not associated with our program's success are welcome to do so.
Peace and love.

Not torture. Just an internet forum. I really don't care that much.

I don't have anything to add. Just wanted to bump the thread to the top again.
