Rice-a-pony

Post by Maryland78 »

Love me some Rice-a-pony! I thought Rice did fantastic vs. Memphis and really impressed me with his potential. He's a different receiver than Roberson, but so happy SMU has him in the fold.

Will be impossible to replace Proche, but Rice and Roberson really complement each other. Plus, Granson is a great weapon for next year, as well. His second TD catch was sick...such concentration! And, maybe the other freshmen receivers redshirting will shine, too. And, don't forget, James, the tight end from Alabama. Mustangs should be fine at wide receiver next year!

Page had a great catch. Would like another burner but receiving corps is solid.

Looks like we have a burner with size in the depth chart..

What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.

Something in the water. It truly is a case of just reloading year on year with unbelievable talent at the position. I thought we'd never get over losing players going on to the NFL. The latest was Courtland. We have. And we always do. Rashee stepped right in and looked every bit the part and nothing like a freshman.

Listening to Sonny talk about Wiggins, I'm really looking forward to the next game.

One, I think. Sonny mentioned this, that they have purposely held him out so that he could contribute from here on out.
