Interesting that they are scaling down to a 10K seat basketball arena that will be more accessible to campus. Makes total sense. I think that they took some cues from us in this respect. As typical, it appears that they are overspending.

That AD loved SMU even though he was at TCU. Everything was being modelled after us. Bevo Blvd though is a half *** version of ours.
