That sounds like the weather conditions for the Memphis game.

Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSAfter Navy's poor showing against Notre Dame, SMU has to win this game to have any Top25 credibility. Unless Kane can have our D ready to stop Navy's offense, I'm afraid this is going to be loss #2 for the Mustangs and you can kiss the Top 25 good-bye unless we can rally to beat Tulane and then crush someone in a bowl game. I would be very pleased with an 11-2 finish regardless of whether or not these guys are ranked at season's end!
Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSMotivational as always, CP.
Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSYeah, the offense is going to have to outscore someone again.

Thanks Dr. Doom.
Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONS
Sorry but road wins against good teams are hard to come by and we haven't fared well against option teams. Beating Navy in Annapolis would be our best win since TCU. Tulane is going to be tough as well. If our guys can win these next 2 games, I give the credit to Kane. Either that, or as others have said, it will be because Shane & Co light up the scoreboard. We'd better score like we did against ECU because these could be "1st team to 50 points wins" kind of games
Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSNot sure if posted yet but Navy is a 3 point favorite. I expect this to drop a point or 2 by game time.

Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSI'm afraid we aren't quite up to stopping the relentless ground game of Navy. Wish nd hadn't blasted them so badly. Hacked and pumped for redemption and senior day. Navy by 7.
Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSShane will have to be on point and on target...... Like a previous poster said, first one to 50.....or more.

Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONS
Weather forecast just changed......not good.
Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSI'm trying to remember but didnt we come out of the last bye week and thumped a team that was predicted to beat us? I think the coaches will get this team prepared.

Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSWe've had two weeks to prep for Navy. Can't ask for much more than that.

Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSBecause weather will dip into the 30's in the second half
Because it will be a wet rainy field...perfect for Navy's style of football Because Navy will be madder than hornets over the ND Loss Because it is senior day / last home game I'm afraid of this game... It will all come down to Tulane to end up 10-2 SMU 24 NAVY 28 C-ya @ Milos!
Re: OFFICIAL SMU-NAVY PREDICTIONSNot sure why everyone think cold and rainy is a benefit to teams that run the option. They have to overcome the conditions on pitches and exchanges as much as or more than passing teams. Wind on the other hand...
They may beat us but it is still all about players and execution. My two cents. An atheist is a guy who watches a Notre Dame-SMU football game and
doesn't care who wins. -- Dwight D. Eisenhower

Thank you. Wind is the enemy not water. All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
