You could see from Chad's opening address to the team that several of those guys never bought in and simply quit on him from the get go. They really need to bring in a coach who can get immediate buy in from the few SEC level players they do still have on that roster. Going to be a tough rebuild.

Had to laugh.

Listening to the local sports talk radio today in Little Rock, and a caller was talking about coaching options. One time he said a certain coach ΓÇ£ does not churn my butterΓÇ¥, and later while talking about assistants said ΓÇ£you can’t build a road without road gradersΓÇ¥.

The talk show host said that in 5 minutes that caller had more meaningful sayings than the ΓÇ£cliche manΓÇ¥ had in 2 years.
