My initial thought is that there is a big drop off for the Big 12 this year. I have a feeling that both Kansas and Baylor are overrated. We will see.

This is true, just like TCU two or three years ago. They did beat us, but other than that they swept their non conference slate against garbage teams and got a decent rank out of it. Going undefeated gets you noticed, even against sub par competition. We have Georgetown and Georgia coming up. Those wins would really help if we keep rolling.

It's official. After last night, SMU has played the 353rd easiest schedule in the country. There is only 353 teams.

We could lose 5 games and still not make the tournament.

And if we beat Georgetown, it won't help much since they just dismissed two starters for unspecified alleged criminal activity. So, that possible win will have an asterisk.
