Very odd...the need to censor and control something that is for sure SMU related...we often talk about former players and coaches...Phil Bennett, Cavan, June Jones...and we even talk players that transferred...Bo Levi, Keith Frazier, Kyle Padron ....but GOD FORBID there is a thread about our most recent former head coach and the high profile SEC job he took and failed at! The Chad threads are not offensive curse filled...but mods are allowing a few control freak CryBabies that can't just decide they are not going to look or participate in certain threads, but they want to also stop others from looking at certain threads too. As others as already stated....Don't like a topic? It's really not that complicated...Don't post or read that thread!

Looks like mods also took down the "Chad Fired" thread the same day they changed the original author of the thread you started Alex.

Very weird need to control where no control is needed.

What's the name of the SMU pay site that allows a lot more free speech?

Yep. Gotta pander to the lowest common denominator. Typically, they're often the weakest in mental fortitude as well. "I'm a miniscule minority opinion and I'm offendedddddd!!! Listen to my opinion with 1% approval over everyone else , wahhhhhhhhhh!!!"

If you check the subject line of each individual post it is apparent that some threads have been combined, not deleted.

UTSA and CUSA would be a good place for Morris to try and salvage his career and rebuild his reputation as a guy who can be a successful HC at the D-I FBS level...not to mention UTSA could probably get him for what they paid their last guy and Chad would enjoy Arkansas supplementing his income.

Nobody is "jacking with" anyone. Two threads were merged — someone will remain listed as the originator of what is now a single thread. There's nothing more to it than that.

And I find it hard to believe that the combined Chad threads started months ago with 19 pages has way less views than the bowl thread started on December 1st? Somebody is playing games again like they did trying to push the Chad thread down the list and move it to a non-football focused "around the hilltop" page.

No biggie and it's Pride's site he can do what he wants....but after he basically apologized once about the way the Chad threads were handled, why in the world do they keep messing with what is a VERY popular thread?

Because this is america, where your unpopular opinion will always hold sway if you just cry about it. Least anybody be offended. Or at least those who will cry about it.

I'm wondering when PP is going to start cracking down on us criticizing his censorship that coddles people he should just tell to close their eyes. Seems like a natural step in the progression.
