Mustang moving onFormer SMU wide receiver Albert Johnson signed with the New York Jets Monday. Johnson, who had been with the Miami Dolphins, will be asked to help replace Chad Morton, who left via free agency. The Jets' website (newyorkjets.com) reports the team also is considering extending an offer sheet to ex-Aggie WR/KR Chris Cole.
Re: Mustang moving onCongratulations to AJ. Great to see another Pony keeping his career going in the NFL. With Coles gone, the Jets need a good kick returner, and the Dolphins were pretty high on AJ before he got injured. Hope he kicks tail in the Big Apple.
HOORAY, BEER!
