CJ had 19 minutes and contributed zero points, one rebound, one assist and had one personal foul. Part of UConn’s late second half run was when he was in the game.........:maybe there was a reason he didn’t have any offers the June after his senior season of high school.

C.J. is just a half step slow to be playing at this level but has proven to be a serviceable guy off the bench. His assist:turnover ratio is 2nd only to Kendric and he's been burning the nets from three lately. Not sure what his place will be when McNeill becomes eligible next year.

He also had 11, 15 and 10 points in the three games prior. Pretty good scoring for the 3rd player off the bench.

I give CJ alot of credit for his improvements. But he’s still not a rotation player on a NCAA tourney-lock type team. Next year? He’d be great at UALR.

Blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. There was also a time when a lot of people were afraid Chaggy would leave school early to go pro.

Over the past 50 years, if there ever was a list of the Top 10 most over-hyped players in SMU history, certainly Chaggy makes that list. ‘best freshman in America’, ‘next NBA Mustang’, ‘next SMU AAC POY’, all this hype based solely on his OOC performance during his freshman year only, certainty not is play in conference games. I do wonder what his future had been under LB.

Jank needs to use timeouts to catch a breath for KD cause he certainly doesnt use them to stop other teams runs. But the guy needs to come out. If you can't score with Feron, jolly, Chaggy and CJ for 2 minutes we don't deserve to win. Even the players in this conference who are going to be in the NBA don't play 40 minutes.

Agree - I just assume he prefers to hold as many timeouts as possible to the end for direction/coaching. I would prefer he uses one early to stop momentum. I did notice he used a timeout @ 9 minutes when we were up but UConn had started a run. Good timing as you get the under 8 as well - so 2 stops within a minute or so of game time to hopefully cool things down. Glass half-full - it's nice to figure out how to keep a lead than come from behind every time.

CJ has hit 11 out of his last 15 3 pointers-that's 73.33% and an effective shooting percentage OVER 100%--pretty ridiculous time to take a shot at C.J. But you can count on Pony Snob to take that shot
