The first one assumes that Cincy, Memphis, Houston, and WSU are making the NCAA. And that Tulsa, UConn and SMU would be selected for the NIT.
That is an awful lot of teams.
The second link has 3 in (Cincy, Houston, WSU), which is more realistic. Three more in the NIT (Tulsa, Memphis, us) seems like a lot.
Memphis and Wichita State both have challenging schedules remaining. I still thin we get 3 in the NCAA and 2 in the NIT.

I will be happy if SMU is in and UCONN is not.

You are really selling the conference short. Minimum expectations for this conference every year should be 4 NCAA and at least 2 NIT. 3/3 should be our disaster year.

Normally, I would agree with you. But I just don't think it is as strong as it normally is this season. Houston, Cincy, Tulsa are all doing much better in conference than they did out of conference. If it was one team, then you could claim growth or getting used to a system. But not several team. The only team that has really under performed in conference compared to what they did in the OOC is Memphis, and that is because they lost their big. Ive always thought we were a two and at most three bid league this year. Who knows, maybe I am wrong.

I like this one. I think Wichita slips out of the NCAA tourney, however, and Memphis and UConn both miss the NIT.

Let's just hope our guys don't completely fold after the Tulane debacle as right now the NIT looks like it might be a gift.
