The "Dallas" marketing was the best thing to happen to Mustang football since the Pony Express. It shows the appeal of playing in your hometown and getting a quality education.
I think Jank is phoning it in and should have been fired this spring, but I also wonder if basketball recruiting is more challenging. In football you don't have to deal with AAU coaches and the greater percentage of elite recruits with predatory handlers.
obviously jank doesn'r care and is just content to cash his checks. The ooc game with NF will probably be the highlight of the ooc games as I suspect the rest of them will be like playing the sisters of the blind.

I thought Vandy, Georgia, UNLV and Evansville owed us return trips. At least those games are a step up from Southland bottom feeders

52-28 Owls
I'm not sure anyone dismissed their ability. It was just not a sexy matchup for a team in a higher conference who had been ranked most of the year. It was their super bowl and a big disappointment for us just being there.

Probably one of my favorite college football trips minus the loss.
We really didn't play any one last year not really. And were exposed by a solid, balanced, disciplined team who had been playing like that all year before SMU showed up.

NOPE, I DON'T.
I HATED the matchup the first time I saw it, because it was a home game for a 10-3 Lane Kiffin-coached conference champ that had played Ohio State as well as anyone last year and they had something to prove. That game SCREAMED trap game from the second it was announced to anybody paying attention.
Win or lose, this is completely different, in my eyes
