GPASaw the note that the football team had a combined gpa of over 3.5. Pretty impressive.

Re: GPAHave you seen the degrees that SMU is now offering? Geez
Re: GPANo, could you site some examples?
Re: GPANot only did the team pull a cumulative 3.53 — the highest semester team GPA in program history — but Brandon Stephens, Tyler Page, Karl Taylor, Sabazz Dotson, Luke Evans, Garrett Madison, Alex Sickafoose, Matt Dorrity and Peyton Hudson managed a perfect 4.0.
Congratulations. PonyFans.com ... is really the premier place for Mustang talk on the Web.

Re: GPAAwesome
Re: GPAI don't care what courses they are taking. That GPA tells you there are a bunch of guys on this roster taking full advantage of their subsidized education. Good for them.
Re: GPAjust to explain why this happen as a may 2020 graduate.
At the end of this semester, after grades were posted, you had the option to take a pass/fail in the classes you took. Pass/fail do not count towards you GPA, but will count towards degree plans (normally doesn't). This made it possible to very easily boost your GPA Whatever grades you got, if they were above your current GPA you kept them, if they were bellow you changed them to a pass fail. so say I had 2 B a B+ and 2 A's after getting my grades back And regularly a 3.7 GPA. I could make my 2 B's and my B+ a pass/fail, have a 4.0 for the semester and improve my GPA decently. Still impressive, but this was more about the system in place then anything else.
