NCAA hammers Stephen F. Austin, strips wins, titles

Kind of got hammered by the ncaa but they had 82 ineligible players who played in various sports. That is quite a mess up by the compliance department.

Raises a lot of questions about what kind of team SFA will field — scheduled to visit Ford Stadium Sept. 12.

SFA went 3-9 last year, scoring 24.08 points and 363.1 yards per game, and giving up 34.92 points and 453 yards per game. SFA's victories last year came against Lamar, Incarnate Word and Northwestern (La.) State.

Looks like they chose another lay down. I wonder if it was an ex employee or Disgruntled competitor. Perhaps a self report..

Damnit - they're gonna let 'em play?

If i was Hart I'd be doing the best I could to get out of this game. With Covid 19 and the best team we've had in 30 years on the field he should be trying to get any FBS team he could, especially a P5 team, even if that means a 1 time only buy game. We need the money and we have to take the opportunity when we have it.

I saw additional info (OTP post above) saying it is post season ban. Evidently just poor writing.

Would it even be possible to add a team this late? I guess if some schools decide not to play this season ...

Right. There is a little info there, but it reads like it was written by the president of the SFA fan club.
