I would categorize a top 200 recruit as a great addition and put top 300s like Phelps in the good category.

Memphis has the 29, 73, 126, and 138 recruits in the nation. That's the marker for the American.

If we can add a couple top 150 type recruits in the transfer market then I will be pleased with this class.
