That would be great - Red, Hot, and Bourbon Street.

And hey, JesuitPony.... did you happen to go to Dallas Jesuit?

/\ Yes, I already asked him that. His younger brother was a year ahead of us. He was class of '91.

I have a call in for a spot on Bourbon Street and should have some information to share in the next day or so. Do we have any idea of how many people we could expect?

So far, I have a ballpark of about 20-30 heads. Several people have pm'd me saying they have from as few as 3 going to as many as 9. I think the number will only grow from there as we continue to get the word out.

If I don't get your thread deleted first. Just think of all the things you can say about New Orleans that would get your mouth washed out with soap by your mother....

I wonder if those are the same 20-30 (sans me) that attended the ECU game.

DM75, believe me, if we announce (i.e., the alumni band) that we're planning to go to NOLA, we'll have more than enough people for a nice little concert on Bourbon St.

Oh goodness, that would a gig to end all gigs...playing sweet dixie-land style Mustang Jazz in the French Quarter of New Orleans after a win over Tulane.

Seriously, I would fly in for this, keep me posted '75 if you need another trombone.

I will be there. Someone might have to prop me up against a wall or something, but I'll be there.

OH CRAP YOU'RE A DUDE!

Can't help you there, sorry!

In all seriousness, I assume the bar and band event are currently separate events. The band would probably play out on the street somewhere, you know, marching around, flashing for beads, etc.
