After several (was it 7) wasted possessions it was nice to finally settle down the last minute and a half to retake a 5 point lead into the half. We really need better ball movement and poise in order to close out this game. We clearly have the more talented team, we simply need to execute.

Got to give Cincinnati's Jeremiah Davenport credit: his teammate, Tari Eason, deflected a pass out of bounds with no Mustang within 10 feet of him, and Davenport still lobbied two officials for possession.

Talk about rebounding: against Houston, Bandoumel went 1-for-9 from the floor. Tonight, he has hit 4 of 5, including both shuts from behind the three-point line. Ties Davis for team lead with 10 points.
