Banned from C-USA Message Board

Apparently I have been banned from the C-USA message board. When I try to log on I get the following message:
"You don't have permission to access /cusa/index.php on this server."

I cannot imagine why this would be. I have not posted anything inflamatory on their board. Has anybody else had this problem? Also I am banned from the Frog Fan Forum. Which I haven't posted on for months. And certainly nothing inflamatory.
