Not the way to do businessOn August 27 I order 2 tickets to the NT game this Saturday and asked the be mailed to me. I have yet to receive them 2 days before the game ( I am in Arkansas). I called the ticket office and got music. Finally a recording told me to leave a message and they would get back to me between 24 and 48 hours!! That, my friends, is not a good response.
Long live Inez Perez!
Re: Not the way to do businessUpdate: after 4 calls I was able to finally speak to an “Alexandria” who had one the most unfriendly tones of voice I’ve encountered in awhile. I felt like she was thinking “Yeah? Whadda you want?!” Seriously! She transferred me to a much more friendly lady and my tickets will be left at “Will Call”.
All in all not a pleasant experience. Long live Inez Perez!
Re: Not the way to do businessIs your bride coming with you or your son?
We are generally in the same spot but things have changed a bit. The spot has been shared withothers and there are a lot of people. We went out and bought more chairs as more people takes more seating. Hugs. G Mustang Militia: Fight the good fight"

How dare you make students work! Insert "this is fine" GIF
Re: Not the way to do businessI feel your pain. I have requested the ticket office to "mail" my tickets on 3 separate occasions.
Still don't have tickets. I guess it is OK though, because I can not attend the games until sometime in late October or November. Just send 'da money.
Re: Not the way to do businessAren't all tickets "virtual" this year?
I thought two of the big COVID changes were no physical tickets and no cash purchases at the stadium Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!

Re: Not the way to do business
You mean 1500, don't you?
Re: Not the way to do businessNo, like most businesses today they focus their resources 98% on marketing and revenue capture through IT advancements with little or no emphasis on customer service. I also had a situation with the Ticket Sales organization, but eventually found someone who was helpful. They should take this criticism as direct feedback...
Re: Not the way to do businessShadowman - you can request real tickets which I did and have received - it is an additional total cost of $10
Re: Not the way to do businessArkPony you got one of several. She is one of the worst. But you would think they made them sit on nails around there as the desire to please or be helpful or be pleasant is sorely lacking.
Re: Not the way to do business
Dalpony, I did the same. Alexandria is my ticket rep, believe it or not, she has always been very responsive to me...probably just my unique charm.
