At 38 is Coach Lashlee the 2nd youngest head football coach ever at Smu besides Ron Myer who was around 35 when hired?

I interviewed Coach Meyer right after he was hired. Ball of energy and was off to recruit. I knew he was different from Dave Smith and would be much more successful.

Welcome indeed. There has already been addition by subtraction as the craven Dykes slinks out of town. By the way Dykes leaving is the best thing that has happened since Morris left.

Hoping for the best from Lashlee but we have to remember that the same yahoos that hired him hired the spectacular failure Morris and the avatar of unearned mediocrity Dykes. I guess they could have gotten lucky, they sure haven't gotten smarter.
