Any chance Manny Diaz, former defensive coordinator and highly regarded recruiter who just got canned as Miami head coach, would join his buddy Rhett Lashlee as DC?

Apparently he got $8M buyout, so maybe he'd be affordable ... if he even wants to coach this year

To stick it to TCU and give them a taste of their own medicine, we should hire Patterson as our Defensive Coordinator!!!

Why would SMU want to stick it TCU?
TCU is SMU's best friend.
No more Deceitful Dykes. SMU football is unlikely to get better but at least there is a chance now that Sonny the Slink has departed.
