Beach and Butler are involved. It isn't a scheme.
Yes because NFL players have never been schemed out of their money before. Like any ΓÇ£charityΓÇ¥ or fund there will be overhead the question IΓÇÖm wondering is how much goes to the players versus the fund manager/staff.
If IΓÇÖm a player IΓÇÖm not going to know what the hell PonyUp is or be able to get hyped over their stated business model. I want cash and I want to go where I can get it the easiest. WeΓÇÖd be better up just setting up an art gallery that sells every players paintings. Or hell just do like UT does and offer a position group a specified salary for doing a meet and greet.
Name, image and likeness is all I have to say this is legal now. And i am glad it finally is legal. An OU dealership legally gave Spencer Rattler 2 cars. Or buy a bunch of signed objects from players. Ewers got a 1.4 million dollar deal out of high school. The UT model is pretty nice too. But whatever the case I am glad we at least got it going. I just thought of another name I hope they invite to the group and that is W. O. Bankston.
