SMU NET rankingsModerators: PonyPride, SmooPower Re: 1st NET rankings outOMG, early rankings are stupid. Wasn't Michigan football unranked at thre start of the season? And Oregon was in the top 5?
Re: 1st NET rankings out
Our team should be very motivated on Sunday. It would be our best win of the season so far and by a lot. I hope we get it done!
Re: 1st NET rankings outStill a ways away from where we need to be, but steadily climbing.

Re: SMU NET rankingsThose Mizzou and LMU losses starting to hurt even more. With those 2 wins, we'd be CRUISING.
But hey, perhaps everything happens for a reason... Just keep winning baby. 2009 Ponyfans Rookie of the Year
Re: SMU NET rankingsCurrently sitting at # 71 with 1 quad one loss (Cincy), 1-1 vs quad two and 5-1 vs quads three and four
Re: SMU NET rankings#73 today and tonight is an absolutely must win game. The biggest land mine of the season in USF at home!
Re: SMU NET rankings
Usually we talk about "must wins" but this is a "must not lose" game!
Re: SMU NET rankingsOregon wins at # 3 UCLA last night so that helps
Re: SMU NET rankingsOregon improved by 13 slots and we got worse by 2. What the?
Re: SMU NET rankings
It's the shuffling around us. Stanford picked up two Quad 1 wins this week so they jumped from 86 to 72 (passing SMU).
Re: SMU NET rankingsMakes sense. Thanks.
By the way, when we win at Tulane on Saturday, we will be in second place in conference, behind only #11 Houston.
Re: SMU NET rankingsQuad 2 road win vs Tulane should help. Missouri up double digits vs A$M in 1st half. If Missouri can hang on and get a quad one road win, that would certainly help
Oh well, Aggie$ come back and win by 3
Re: SMU NET rankingsSecond place in conference.
Re: SMU NET rankingsIt's too bad TCU won't play us. It would help both teams out. They should be in top 25 soon.

Re: SMU NET rankings
We should have had TCU, UNT & UTA all on the schedule this year. Local games make sense in hoops instead of McNeese, NW State, etc...
