Another big for the front court

Post by PonyPride »

Troy forward Efe Odigie, who started his college career at UTEP before transferring to Troy, has committed to SMU. The Houston native is listed on last year's Troy roster at 6-9, 240.

He started 28 of 31 games last year, leading the team in scoring average (11.5 points per game) and rebounds (6.7 per game). He hit 133 of 275 field goals (.484), and 85 of 105 (.810) free throws.

Odigie was a junior in 2021-22

Averaged a double double his freshman year? First team all conference his sophomore year? And he can sink a free throw? I’ll take it!

That's what jumped out at me: a big guy who can drain his free throws
I really shouldn't drink and type.

So now we’ve replaced Marcus Weathers too? No way we get a KD upgrade.

105 attempts is a pretty decent sample size on free pitches.

Talk about a key piece to finishing off games next season!
