Most Annoying College Band?

How is it that the Colossal UNT band is allowed to relentlessly play while SMU is at the line and even after the ball is snapped whilst the SMU Mustang Band was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct while playing Peruna in similar circumstances(although much quieter until the ball was snapped)? Have the rules changed? At least on TV if appeared that the offense was not distracted by the noise. I'm sure fans in attendance can comment more on this ongoing cacophony.

I had similar thoughts as I watched the Oregon State game late last night and it seemed like the OSU band played non-stop throughout the game. I was thinking we should go back to trying to break the Peruna record.

UT bar none. That big pillow drum they have makes them think they're really special. I love how we responded with the stretched out Dr. Seuss sousaphone.

Tennessee by a mile. They play Rocky Top after every single thing that happens, good or bad. I used to love it until I went to the A&M/Tenn Cotton Bowl with a hangover.

The Cincy band was pretty annoying last year but that might have had a lot to do with the way we played. We gave them lots of reasons to play a lot.

Going to that game, I would expect top be annoyed by just about everything.
