No G5 in Top 25 IIRC. The New Year's 6 slot is pretty much wide open at this point. Hope Mordecai and Company lock this game away after learning from it and grab the victory wreath next week and beyond.

Houston, Memphis, UCF and Cincy all look mortal. Tulane and USF surprised me. Tulsa always tough for us. Our D line needs to get well for Navy.

after today's showing I expect we will lose at least 4 AAC games- probable losses- Cincy, Hou, UCF, Navy and Tulane. with luck we might win one of those.

Have to believe he expected Wheaton to become "the guy" here but he also had to know Evans was going to be "the guy" at Ole Miss. Could just be that he went with the highest bidder?

Should be noted that Tulsa finished strong at Ole Miss and made it a one score game in the end. And Navy won on the road at ECU, a team that has looked pretty competitive in the game I saw them play vs NCSU. There aren't going to be any more "easy" wins on the schedule this year

Tulane just went ahead of UH. Their 3rd string qb threw a TD pass. 7-0 in 2nd qtr.
