Tanner’s InjuryAny reports ?
Re: Tanner’s InjuryLashlee didn't know for sure about next week to Rich Phillips, but was fairly certain it wasn't season
ending during the post game interview. May the forth be with us.
Re: Tanner’s InjuryDid stone only go in because Tanner got hurt? Or was Tanner benched?
Re: Tanner’s InjuryBecause Tanner was injured- but apparently extent of injury unknown
Re: Tanner’s InjuryTM has been hurt for a while...yesterday was a "top-off" injury that made it necessary to sit him down.
He hasn't been right since the Maryland game. stable-boy for the four horsemen of the apocalypse
Re: Tanner’s InjuryI assume he went into concussion protocol after having his head slammed onto the turf.

Re: Tanner’s InjuryRhett Lashlee talked about it in his interview. He said he didn't have an official diagnosis, but thinks Mordecai suffered a concussion.
Also, peruna81 is right that Mordecai has absorbed some serious hits this year. Was it the TCU game when he took that serious shot to the ribs, and came back after a single play? viewtopic.php?f=1&t=91657 PonyFans.com ... is really the premier place for Mustang talk on the Web.

Re: Tanner’s InjuryOur offensive lineman should be busy writing apology letters today.
Re: Tanner’s Injury
And when they protect him perfectly and he over throws a pass, should he get busy writing them apology letters?
Re: Tanner’s Injury
Possibly, but they don't get busted ribs and a concussion protocol like Tanner.
Re: Tanner’s InjuryTanner’s been a good QB for us, but the realty is he’s 4-8 over the past 12 games, we could use the mobility Preston provides + Preston is simply our future.
I really like the idea of PS starting & finishing a game for us, then even more so, a rivalry game the following week.
Re: Tanner’s Injury
It would be dangerous to say that to an offensive lineman.

I don't think our opponents defenders, would consider our 0-linemen "dangerous".... We can only dream and hope that comes one day or season.
Re: Tanner’s InjuryWatching the sidelines, Saturday was the first time I have ever seen RL really pissed at Tanner when he missed a pass and took an unnecessary sack on his last series. At the game, I thought it was for performance, only learned about the injury afterwards.
Re: Tanner’s InjuryBefore he got his bell rung, I wonder how badly Mordecai's ribs are still bothering him. Those can be extremely painful, and in some cases can linger for a long time.
Beat Tulsa.
