OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONSThe hated coogs come to town, with the Ponies a 1 point favorite. What say you?
Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONS
Totally depends on health of team, namely QB and RB positions. Assuming we plus up there we win a close battle.
Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONSSMU scores a touchdown on the last play to win 35-34!
Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONSPer Sagarin, we should be almost 4-point favorites. And we are ranked one slot higher than Houston.
I think that’s about right, so 38-34 good guys.
Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONSThere haven't been a lot of one score games in our series with Houston (about once every 4 times theses teams meet) but this smells like another one of those (like the last couple of times we've played the Cougs). If Tanner can start with Jennings backing him up and all of our RBs except Siggers are good to go, I think SMU pulls this one out at home in a high scoring game. I would expect something like 47-41

Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONSGOT to have this win! Please come to the game and bring as many as you can with you. Biggest game of the season for us (so far). SMU 42-UH 39.

Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONS7-11 boys 38 - Ponies 24. Sorry, I've seen too much of our DBs. Tune will be singing his tune. Threat of rain totally negates home field advantage.

Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONSThe battle of teams that can't close out games against good teams. Houston found ways to lose against Kansas, Tulane, and Texas Tech. SMU found ways to lose against TCU, Maryland, Cincy, and UCF.
The difference is that Houston did find a way to beat a good UTSA team. That is the best win for either team, and is probably why I would predict Houston to squeak by SMU. I have to dig into the matchup later in the week, though.
Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONSWe have a crazy amount of injuries on the offense. Seems like half the team. UH by a score.
Re: OFFICIAL: SMU-HOUSTON PREDICTIONS
We expect to be better health wise this week, than at Tulsa....Jordan Kerley is back!
