Now that Stone is done for the year, all the other QBs move up on the depth chart. That leads to several questions: What's the order for #3-#5? As Easley and Keuhne are transfers, are they on scholarship? Is Fiser a walk-on? https://smumustangs.com/sports/football ... t=position

That would be Charlie Fiser (the QB from Pulaski Academy).
There's not much recruiting info on him. Perhaps because he went to a small private school. But his HS numbers are off-the-hook!
From SMUMustangs.com: Was a 3x State Champion during his prep career... Registered 8,049 Passing Yards, 97 Passing TDs and 8,596 total yards and 103 Total TDs... Named All-State and was a two-time all-conference selection...

That's great for him, but two FBS transfers are behind two true FR in the QB depth chart? Unless they are redshirting by design, there must be more to the story.

That's my point. He wasn't even on the radar screen of any of the recruiting services. No matter how small the school, you'd think 100TDs would be impossible to overlook, but apparently that's the case.

Fiser has a 33 ACT. Kenneth Pye is smiling.

Don Meredith didn't have no stinkin' 33 on his ACT.

Kids mature and he obviously has talent. Not a bad guy to have (and keep) in the depth chart the next several years. I assume he's a walk-on hoping to earn a 'ship some day

I'm no NFL scout but the tape didn't say much to me. Watch Preston in HS and he's clearly the best player on the field. I think your instincts have been validated.

Pulaski Academy is a top notch (and expensive!) private school that yearly wins championships. He had good coaching.
Long live Inez Perez!
