The TCU Horned Frog's signed a quality point in fast rising Empire State product, 5-11 160-pound Robert Mitchem from Rochester, NY East High.

This really quick point had a breakout year for Rochester East averaging 25 points, handing out 8.5 assists and 4 boards. He is a good defende as well and averaged over 3 steals a game as well.

He attacks the "D" in treansition and can pop open jumper from arc on in. He has that eastern toughness and ability to run the show.
