That's three 4-star recruits this week. Pretty exciting recruiting week!!

With this guy and the UT OL, neither of which have yet been factored in, I’d say we are inching up into Top 3 territory for transfer portal rankings. Currently at #6 in the nation.

This staff (and our NIL friends) is killing it!

I don't know about that. Maybe we pass #5 on that list due to quantity of transfers, but everyone higher than SMU on that list has a lot of 4-stars.

Inconsistent performer at UM, but he clearly has talent that caught a lot of attention. Coming out of high school, he had offers from Bama, Georgia, USC, Utah, Auburn, Clemson, LSU, Florida, Tennessee -- and Valdosta State.

Miami lists him at 6'2" and 185

What's most important is that Lashlee previously worked with him and wants him on SMU's roster

Athlon Sports gives SMU high marks in this year's Transfer Portal:

SMU

Key Transfers Added: RB Jaylan Knighton (from Miami), LJ Johnson (from Texas A&M), WR Key'Shawn Smith (from Miami), OL Hyrin White (from Missouri), DL Elijah Roberts (from Miami), DL Jordan Miller (from Miami), LB Ahmad Walker (from Liberty), DB Charles Woods (from West Virginia), S Jonathan McGill (from Stanford)

Full list of transfers added by SMU

The Mustangs have added more than 15 transfers to their '23 roster, including running backs Jaylan Knighton and LJ Johnson, along with cornerback Charles Woods from West Virginia. SMU should be a contender for the '23 AAC title.

Lashlee and Likens (WRs coach), right?

And the U just had one their big signees ask to be released from his commitment. Rumor I read is that NIL money didn't come as promised.
