I think most pilots come from the armed services. Maybe start there.

Kind of one of those industries where you don't want to push an equity agenda. Instead I would want the most qualified candidate to perform the job. None of the other stuff matters.

Who said anything about unqualified candidates? The required training weeds out the unqualified.

Thank you for the updated information about pilot development. My father was WWII glider pilot for Army Air Corps before there was the Air Force.
I would think that we fight more in the air now than on foot. How about less war as a good thought.

Anyway, thanks for the info. Does not La Tech teach pilot/aviation?
