VIDEO: SMU cornerbacks coach and passing game coordinator Rickey Hunley, Jr., met the media to address a number of topics, including his second spring with the Mustangs, why he wanted to bring in CB Chris Megginson (who played for him and defensive coordinator Scott Symons at Liberty), the emergence of the team's young corners and the importance of veteran experience in the secondary.

If the upgrades -- Woods, Sanders, Megginson, McGill, etc. -- are as good as they sound, that would be huge. Most say it starts up front, and it does, but Roberts carried the secondary last year, and he's gone now. If the coaches hit with some of these guys, the defense will look completely different.
