Are they awful or are they just getting a reality check that it's going to take some time to upgrade a G5 roster to a P5 level. We could face the same issue next year.

I wonder where those guys are in the NIL game? Not saying we're going to take the ACC by storm next year, but it sounds like we are strong in NIL and that should definitely help get legit P5 players

What a crazy game tonight between UH-WVU. WVU takes the lead with 12 seconds left and then Houston wins on a Hail Mary!

As we watched SMU vs ECU in a defensive struggle where late turnovers sealed the outcome, WVU vs Houston featured 2 defenses that just couldn't stop the opponent at the end of that game. One of those "whoever has the ball last wins!" games.

I think Memphis is more likely to lose a second conf game before we face them…so if we did happen to run the table but then lose at Memphis we’d still make the Championship game. But who really knows…still a long season ahead but I like our chances.

This game vs Tulane and hopefully their game vs SMU might be the toughest games on Memphis' schedule. They do play @ UAB and that should be competitive. Tulane has this game tonight, gets UTSA at home and plays @ ECU which could be competitive. Regardless of what happens tonight, our hopes for a championship game appearance may well come down to the game @ Memphis. Our guys may have to win out to assure a berth in the title game
