We have a knack of making other teams back up QBs look like Heisman candidates. It would be nice for it to happen to us.

Like the Rice game, I think this could be another potential trap game. UNT has a good offense (supposedly) and while they have lost, it has been by small margins, so I think they're probably decent.
I hope the Ponies are on point this week. If you read the UNT vs. UTSA write-up, it reads almost exactly like the Rice vs. SMU game. Just like Rice, I KNOW UNT is dying to give SMU a farewell present.
If Preston is out for Saturday, this game becomes a huge opportunity for Jennings to show what he can do from start to finish in an important game against a team that will play this one like it's their super bowl
Saturday? Not so much. But Friday night, absolutely!!

Well, over here in the eastern time zone the UNT game won't conclude until early Saturday morning, so there's that

I was thinking that the post-game burger and Pony Pils was going to be particularly challenging this week.

So you think the Mustang defense, will be feasting on North Texas state, like buzzards on a carcass?

Line has moved from -17 to -20, which I guess tells us the way the money (or lack thereof) is moving.
