Both QBs making plays but Rogers prefers to step up or run laterally while Preston sure does like to backpedal. So frustrating to watch sometimes

Bad start. Preston doesn't see an open crossing route on that 3rd down and once again holds the ball too long. I suspect the coaches talked to him about backpedaling 20 yards as he at least thought about stepping up but too late in his decision making

Why are we not just running a screen behind their entire line blitzes by on 3rd down every time?!?

Defense comes out and immediately proves me wrong. Not only a stop but a turnover and gift TD for the offense. Have to love Lavine's toughness. Hope it rubs off on the rest of the team and they play a strong 2nd half now

Need another turnover or at least a stop with UNT backed up. I expect them to throw a deep ball out of the end zone. How about a sack for a safety?
