Ponies get the big stage on ABC at 3:00 pm. Stangs will be without Preston Stone, as Kevin Jennings makes his first start, in a Yuuuuuuuuge game. I am driving up Saturday morning for an SMU win 24-20. Aside from the blowout last year, our games have been very close and while I would like to win comfortably, expect a tight game throughout. As long as we take the trophy back to Dallas and land a NY6 invitation I will be very happy.

Agreed the page is pretty dead for the biggest game in decades. It looks like smoo will have a VERY nice group of loud fans on hand along with pom-cheer-band. This will be a dogfight, and Rhett will pull out all the stops. D MUST come up huge esp against the run. If defense does their job, it feels like we have the ability outsccore them with talent and depth.

our D will really need to step up their game. This should be an interesting chess match between fritz and RL. I suspect fritz will try to really pressure KJ and get him frustrated. Do not think that will work. dude is cool and collected. Our D must stop Pratt. I think our extra depth will help late in the game.
