Amirah Abdur-Rahim Named To AAC Weekly Honor Roll
IRVING, Texas (The American/SMU)-- SMU senior forward Amirah Abdur-Rahim was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll, the league announced on Tuesday.
Abdur-Rahim posted two double-doubles last week to lead SMU in both victories.
Abdur-Rahim scored 15 points and grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds against Sam Houston to start the week. She turned in her second straight double-double with a career-high 19 points in SMU's dominating victory over Air Force. She added 11 rebounds, three blocks, and a steal.
SMU is back in action at South Florida on Saturday at 6 p.m. CT.
