While having dinner with some other PonyFans last week at Campisi's Restaurant, some of the family were kind enough to come over and say "hi". Discussing the upcoming Houston Christian game on Saturday, we asked them if they'd be willing to stay open a little later after the game.
Amber Campisi and general manager Alfredo Garcia have rounded up some volunteers to keep the restaurant open late to cater to thirsty PonyFans. And, if we can get a good turnout this week, they'll stay open extra hours after all the home games.
An SMU tradition for longer than I've been alive... Fantastic pizza, close to campus, lots of parking and long-time supporter of SMU athletics. So, let's turn out to support this legendary SMU hangout and celebrate another win. Hope to see ya'll there!

That is great news. I always try to schedule time for CampisiΓÇÖs for every trip back to Dallas. An institution.

Dad took my mom to Campisi's on dates while they were at SMU circa 1960. Very excited to hear they will be open after the game. Copious AC, Campisi's pizza and an ice cold martini sounds about perfect after a few warm hours in the stands.
