It appears that Women's BB and Volleyball will be the beneficiaries of Orsini and Doherty coming to SMU. How do the WBB and VB players and their coaches view it?

With the arrival of Orsini, I would imagine both of those programs, eventually, will improve with coaching upgrades and increased budgets. I don't think he'll be satisfied with "also-ran" programs.

I would think with the facilities upgrades Rhonda's decent recruiting could get even better, and there wouldn't be a need for a coaching upgrade.
