Lighting the hill on fire was memorable...but yeah, there was a little bit of karmic justice on this one...PNW_Stang wrote:Hahah! That was amazing. Best thing to ever happen in Ford stadium.

This whipping was long overdue for Sonny
Re: Sonny
Booing him into the tunnel was so fun. It's great to see the pressure getting to that dirtbag, first with the (Big 12) refs, and then not being able to hold himself back from shaking his fists at the crowd like a sad old man trying to deal with teenagers on his lawn.

Long live Inez Perez!
Re: Sonny
One question: in real time I thought he flipped the bird with both hands, while in the north end zone. All the media this morning say he was shaking his fist. Er, fists. Anyone have the definitive answer?
Re: Sonny
He was pumping his fists. I was right down by the tunnel with a host of SMU fans who were definitely giving him the double bird in return. It was glorious!Dukie wrote:One question: in real time I thought he flipped the bird with both hands, while in the north end zone. All the media this morning say he was shaking his fist. Er, fists. Agreed 1000%. That was one of the more fantastically delicious things I have seen in a long time. On a serious note, I do think Sonny has taken that program as far as he can. So where to next? Baylor?SEASPony wrote:As we joyously booed Sonny into the tunnel, my wife turned to me and said, ΓÇ£That was worth sitting in this heat and sweating every drop.ΓÇ¥ Very unlike the usually gracious and kind better half.

He pumped his fists, like a certain political figure, and yelled TCU, TCU to the Frog frans in that corner of the endzone.
