My eyes just say, why not form the diamond M out of the tunnel and just create an opening to allow the team to run through....plus add some mics so that we can hear the fight song but...alas.soccermom wrote:I wish I could hear our band better in the 1st half. They sound louder (maybe mic’d up?) in the 4th qtr. I, too, loved the PA music over tcu’s band. Kudos to whomever thought fast enough to play the exit song for Sonny! That was priceless.

Isn't 150 members quite a bit larger than years past? I thought the Best Dressed Band ITL was around 90-100 in the past.

It's not quite 150. Opening season headcount was around 110. The sound of those 110 blew away TCU's much larger on-field band. Tradition was 96 guys and a doll. Since the death penalty, the band numbers have ranged from 70 to 90 or so. This is the biggest MBand in documented history, and the plan is to continue growing the numbers.tristatecoog wrote:Isn't 150 members quite a bit larger than years past?
