California Baptist game thread

What are we doing? We were up 16 and have let Cal Baptist go on a huge run to make it a 2 point game. The losses to Butler and Mississippi State were underwhelming, but this is embarrassing. Let's get it together.

We need to start passing and moving the ball. Move the ball faster than the opposition can adjust and defend until we have an open shooter or an open lane. We seem discombobulated.

California Baptist is the superior team and it's flabbergasting. They are the ones moving the ball to create open shots and are simply manhandling us. Thank goodness we recruited some elite athletes for next season because this roster needs a lot of help.

We did not look very good. We just absolutely have no idea how to play the second half currently. I’m concerned this is an adjustment problem with coach. Other teams just seem to outplay us in second.

Did not get to watch this game but the box score suggests Cal Baptist was just raining threes on our guys...the great equalizer in college basketball. Don't know if our perimeter defense was weak or Cal Baptist was just throwing in contested shots. At least it's a W and another opportunity for SMU basketball to play for a tournament title

I'm glad we held on for the win, but we better play much much better tonight against Washington State or else we will lose by 30.
