Surprised this hasn't been discussed. Or it's probably buried in another thread and I missed it.

Preston is obviously more confident he will be able to find a new home but it also helps that he will earn his undergraduate degree from SMU before moving on.

True statements. But I think it's just more important to Preston to be honorable, regardless of the consequences. He seems to be that type of person, which is why I wish him well.

Preston is being honorable, but also he knows his team has a chance to win a natty, and he wants to be a part of that. He also understands that he is one play away from being The Guy.

This is what makes the Pribula decision so puzzling. How many chances does he think he's going to get to win a championship?

It's being talked about under "Penn State safety won't return from injury," yeah.

This genuinely sucks, I don't care if it's happening to our opponent.

The powers that be need to come to the realization that this is about money for players now - there is no middle ground. IF they want players to play in the bowl games, or CFP, or whatever they are going to have to put it into their contracts, the portal be damned.

There needs to be a HUGE sit down at the end of this season and there needs to be a vision laid out for CFB for stuff like this.
