Good to win but not our best effort. I counted 4 airball threes. Not a good performance from three point land. Glad to see us pound it inside like a Larry Brown team.

B.J. Edwards stepped up in Boopie's absence but until our defense got going during those 2nd half runs that was an ugly offensive performance. This team just struggles in the half court but they had a big advantage in the paint and that ultimately showed. Congrats to B.J. on a double double and setting the new season record for steals.

Interesting that Colbert DNP. They said Boopie had injured his hand but nothing about Colbert. With the report of a transfer PF I wonder if he;s decided to hit the portal looking for more playing time before ending his college career?

Let's hope so. As coach said, the guys were disappointed with how the ACC Tourney ended and that we blew our chances for the NCAA bid but a supportive home crowd would certainly help motivate them against Okie State
