I'm coming into town next week. I'd love to have a great steak dinner. What's the go to place for steak these days?

BobΓÇÖs Steak & Chop House on Lemmon Ave is my favorite and Bob is a big SMU supporter - his son was on our golf team

Went to Bob's but at the Lamar location. Excellent steak, pricey, but worth it. Thanks for the recommendation.

I think the best steak in Dallas is Pappas Bros (they also have a great wine selection); however, the location is a bit seedy.

Can't go wrong with Bob's on Lemmon. I also really like Town Hearth in the Design District.

I have yet to try a steak anywhere in DFW that even approaches Chamberlain's in Addison, which is one of the best I've ever had anywhere. Full disclosure: I've never had a steak at Al Biernet's or Pappas Bros., but Chamberlain's absolutely blew away Bob's and Ruth's Chris.
