As of this writing, the Big 12 has one team in the 247 Top 25 -- #25 Kansas.

The ACC has seven -- #6 Miami, #7 Clemson, #9 FL State, #13 SMU, #19 Cal, #20 NC, and #24 Pitt.

The next highest ranked Big 12 team is #33 AZ State. It trails # 28 Cuse, #29 BC, and #32 Louisville.

The hyped-for-no-apparent-reason Texas Tech is #46, just behind the #45 Frogs.

Some of that is "smoke and mirrors" as a large number of recruits can skew the rankings compared to the quality of recruits in a smaller class. Schools with larger classes might be losing a lot of senior whereas the smaller classes might have very few seniors so there are a lot of variables. Now if you want to look at how many 4 and even 5 star kids a school might be getting...

Here's a good example. South Carolina is ranked pretty low because they have only 9 commitments but look at the quality of these guys. We'd love to have most, if not all of them
