If SMU was half as exciting on the court as they are off it we would have something.
BTW I think HF and JT are right, until proven otherwise. Even if they are wrong I still agree with them.
Bought myself a burger and DP (Dr Pepper, not the other DP) today--under 5 bucks at Whataburger. Going to wash some clothes tonight. Maybe play some golf tomorrow.
Good luck to D'oh. He just stepped into the whirling, downward spiraling vortex known as SMU sports. Just when you think it can't possibly get worse, it does.
This is off the subject but I think the football team will be under .500 this year. I will be there to watch every sorry home loss. UNT is going to wipe the parking lot with us. 0-2 and then drumbeats begin.
In short, good luck to all and have a nice day.

He has been protesting, and conveniently reappears on Cinco de Mayo.
Just send 'da money.

ah football. A nice diversion that will be. Hopefully by the time football rolls around the full story will be out on Tubbs-gate, if there is more to the story, and everybody can move on. I can't agree or disagree with your UNT prediction. I have no idea how a redshirt freshman qb, new linebackers and corners will perform. I see some serious potential in Willis, but if he has normal freshman growing pains we could have some trouble meeting 'expectations' this year. Go SMU. Make the pain stop.

And with Nacho's blessing, good news, I am officially done with my Tubbs/Williams/Burger and Cheer/SMU is a PR nightmare rant. A Cinco de Mayo endorsement does not come more solid than that. I trust everyone knows my position. If I'm wrong about the first three issues, I've still got the last point to bail me out.
Now on to football. I think we need to put all our focus into beating that d-2 team. We cannot afford to lose that game. All other games are secondary. NT is a lose-lose situation for both teams, but I'm glad we're finally playing them. I just wish it was in the Safeway parking lot.

I hope that was a joke otherwise MM65 is going to hunt you down in mrydel's seats and beat you severely for the disrespect. I will remind everyone for him that his school is in fact not D2.
And I agree on the 3-1 non conference record Blog.

Well of course playing a d-2 team is a joke. Imagine what a joke it would be if we lost to them!!! This is a must win for the Ponies!!!!
