The Big East, ACC deal will go down. Conf. USA will lose the Bball schools. After that is done ( may take 90 days ) the next year will see the re-aligning of the mid-major schools ( SMU )
I look for a two division ( east/west ) WAC or a re-birth of the SWC with Hou, TCU, SMU, Tulsa, La Tech, Rice, NTSU, UTEP, and maybe others.
Let's just not spend so much money traveling if we can't get into a BCS conference.

Right you are, BUS. If there's no BCS invite out there, then reducing the travel budget and re-creating regional rivalries makes perfect sense.

Guys, there is a good possibility that the Big East will do what it takes financially to keep Miami. This all may end up being nothing more than a negotiating ploy by Miami for Miami. That could squash our ideas of a regional conference and I for one don't see it happening.
