The program stunk when he got here. It is a better now than it was then. By how much? We will see this year.

Hey, the record was what it was. I was just answering the guy's question. Do you guy's agree with him that Bennett's been "pretty successful"? I hope out idea of success hasn't fallen that far, but maybe it has.

Depends on your definition of successful and, btw, "pretty" is not the same as "very". I think PB has finally gotten this program heading in the right direction. That's not to say there won't still be some hiccups along the way. He has tried to get in a position where he can redshirt every freshman class so that ultimately we are fielding teams with fifth year seniors as starters, and he is just about there. We all realize that those down years hurt recruiting to a point, but if we can have a winning season this year, that will help immensely with future recruiting. PB had goals that took into account that the turn around was going to come in small steps that would provide a foundation for a long term change in the program and I think he has been "pretty" successful in meeting those goals. His ultimate goal is the same as Orsini's and ours...a top 25 program as a minimum. When we reach that point we can then qualify his success status as "very" successful.

PK, I think if he hadn't pulled that 3-in-a-row to close out last year he would have been canned. I'm not quite to "successful" yet.

At least he didn't cheat and then fail.
Five words: Steve Malin and Marcus Mosley.
Even terrible, I prefer Bennett to Cavan.

Eeeewwww. Spam!? Alright already. You win.
I do not want to take this culinary expedition; It is doomed.
I just hope and pray that Bennett's expedition isn't, for SMU's sake, if not his. Want to win. Period.
